Xtreme are a four-member Maltese female vocal group consisting of members Nicole Azzopardi, Elisha Semaan, Martha Micallef Attard and Lindsay Pace.
Initially rejected as soloists in Season 1 of X Factor Malta, they were put together as a group and were mentored by Alexandra Alden. They were eliminated in the quarter final, finishing in 10th place after receiving the fewest public votes.
