Season 3 of X-Factor Ukraine ran from 1 September 2012 to 5 January 2013.

It was won by 30-year-old singer Aida Nikolaychuk, who was mentored by Ihor Kondratiuk in the Over 25s category. She was the first female to win the show and this was Kondratiuk's first win as a mentor.
