Monica Michael (born 21 October 1989) is an English youth worker from London who participated in Series 12 of The X Factor UK as part of the Girls category, mentored by Rita Ora.
She first auditioned for the show the previous year and made it as far as the Six Chair Challenge before she was eliminated.
She was eliminated in Week 3 of the live shows after losing the sing-off to Anton Stephans, thus finishing in 8th place and missing out on a spot on the live tour.
