Lucie Bethan Jones (born 20 March 1991) is a Welsh singer. She participated in Series 6 of The X Factor UK as part of the Girls category mentored by Dannii Minogue.
She was eliminated from the competition in Week 5, finishing in 8th place after losing the sing-off to Jedward from the Groups category mentored by Louis Walsh.
The X Factor[]
Jones auditioned for series 6 of The X Factor UK with the song "I Will Always Love You". She advanced to the live shows, and was mentored by Dannii Minogue. Jones was eliminated in week five, during the final showdown against John & Edward after the result went to deadlock with Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell voting to eliminate Jones while Minogue and Cheryl Cole voted to send home John & Edward. After her elimination, 1,113 viewers complained about Cowell sending the result to deadlock rather than sending home John & Edward in a majority vote.

Post-The X Factor[]
Following her exit from the show she was signed to Modest Management and began a career as a model and actress, appearing in soap opera Emmerdale and the West End.
In 2017, she was chosen to represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev and finished in 15th place - the nation's best result since 2011.
She now performs in the West End production of the musical Waitress.
She was interviewed in the podcast The Hang hosted by Ramin Karimloo--whom she performed with in the 25th Anniversary of Les Miserables--produced by the Broadway Podcast Network. The episode can be found here.
Trivia[]
- In September 2017, she married Ethan Boroian, eight years after the couple met on the show. Boroian made it to Judges' Houses as part of the Boys category mentored by Cheryl Cole but exited at this stage of the show.
- Fellow Series 6 finalist Danyl Johnson competed against her in a bid to represent the United Kingdom at the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest. Another finalist from that year, Jedward, are famous for having represented Ireland in the event 6 years earlier.
