Kostyantyn Bocharov (born 11 April 1997) is a Ukrainian electropop singer. He auditioned for Season 6 of X-Factor Ukraine and made it all the way to the final as part of the Boys category mentored by Ihor Kondratiuk.
Due to the eliminations of Beso Nemsadze and Andrey Inkin, Bocharov was the only act left in his category. He was crowned the winner defeating Bogdan Sovyk from the Over 25s category mentored by Sergei Sosedov.

Following his win, he started to work on songs using the stage name MÉLOVIN. In 2016 he released his debut single ""Ne odinokaya". In January 2017, he was revealed as one of the competitors for the national selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest, which was to be held in Kiev, Ukraine. He competed with the song "Wonder" and made it all the way to the final where he finished in 3rd place.
He returned a year later with the song "Under the Ladder" and was chosen to represent his country at the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal. He finished in 17th place. XF Ukraine successor Sevak Khanagyan represented Armenia in the same contest but didnt make the final.
