Grace Davies (born 1 February 1997) is an English singer-songwriter and factory disc packer from Blackburn, Lancashire who participated in Series 14 of The X Factor being mentored by Sharon Osbourne in the Girls category.

Due to the eliminations of Alisah Bonaobra, Rai-Elle Williams and Holly Tandy, she was the last act remaining in her category.  She finished as runner-up to boy band Rak-Su who were mentored by Simon Cowell in the Groups category.

The X Factor[]

In Davies' first audition for The X Factor, she performed an original song titled "Roots", and received four yes votes from the judges. She was mentored by Sharon Osbourne, along with fellow acts Alisah Bonaobra, Holly Tandy and Rai-Elle Williams. She was voted the winner of the Prize Fight in week 1 against Rak-Su, winning a trip to New York and a meet and greet with Pink at Madison Square Garden. Following the eliminations of Bonaobra in week 6 and Tandy and Williams in Week 8, Davies became Osbourne's last remaining act in the competition. She made the final on the weekend of 2 December 2017, alongside Kevin Davy White and Rak-Su. After Davy White was eliminated on Saturday's show, she was in the top two with Rak-Su and finished as the runner-up.

Post-The X Factor[]

Eight days later in spite of not winning the show she confirmed on Twitter that she had been offered a record deal, but did not mention which label she had signed with. It was later confirmed that the deal was with Syco Music.

On January 30, 2020 Grace released her debut single 'Invisible' and announced her debut EP titled 'Friends with the Tragic' which was released on 26 June 2020.

In September of 2020 Davies was left as an independent artist after SYCO Music shut down.

In October 2021, Davies released 'roots' from her sophomore EP 'I wonder if you wonder'

In October 2022, Davies released her third and final EP 'It wasn't perfect... But we tried'.

In 2024 Grace won a competition to support Anne-Marie and Shania Twain at BST Hyde Park where she would tease three unreleased songs from her upcoming debut album

In 2024, Davies released the first two singles from her debut album 'The Wrong Side of 25' A Wonderful, Boring, Normal Life and Another Night

In early 2025, Davies released her next two singles 'Do or Die' and 'MDE'

On May 23, 2025 Davies released hit single 'Super Love Me' and also announced her debut album 'The Wrong Side of 25' announced there would be 15 tracks and would release on 11 July 2025.

  • It has been reported in the media that she shares an apartment with Series 8 finalist Janet Devlin.
