Post The X Factor Australia[]
She is renowned for her cruel loss in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. Having been named as the follow up entry to Guy Sebastian for Australia, after his success made Australia a permanent competitor, she sang the ballad "The Sound of Silence", which clearly won the jury section, by 109 points over Ukraine, but was only 4th with the public, with 133 points fewer than Ukraine, who won as a result, leaving Australia second in the first song contest where the public and jury votes were both awarded separately.
