Post The X Factor[]

In 2013, he signed a deal with Tristar Records and released his debut single "My Heart Belongs to You" which scraped into the UK Top 200.

He underwent plastic surgery in 2015 after several years of abuse over his looks from Twitter trolls. In 2016, he appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK but was eliminated after three weeks. He has also appeared in several pantomimes.

He currently runs his own theatre and arts academy in Liverpool, with one opening in Wirral and Shrewsbury in 2017.

Trivia[]

  • He was reportedly selected as the public wildcard in a bid to destroy the show's credibility and following Ella Henderson's controversial elimination in Week 7, odds for him to win the show as well as odds for it to be cancelled were slashed.
