Post The X Factor[]

In March 2006, Abraham's debut album entitled 'The Impossible Dream' entered the UK Album Chart at #2, wherein it peaked due to having been beaten to the #1 position by fellow Series 2 competitors, Journey South and their self titled debut album. Despite this, the album amassed an approximated total of 300,000 sales and was the twelfth highest selling album of the year. In November 2006, Abraham's second album entitled 'Soul Man' entered the UK Album Chart at #19, wherein it peaked, with this album including the Christmas single 'December Brings Me Back To You' which was a duet with television presenter Michael Underwood.

In May 2008, Abraham released 'A Very Best Of' album, which was followed by his third studio album entitled 'Even If' in 2008. Despite the fact the album failed to reach the Album Chart, its title track managed to reach number #67 in the UK Singles Charts. Album sales were not helped by its distribution company Pinnacle Entertainment (UK) going into administration due to the downturn in the economy. The album was released digitally on iTunes in March 2009. In the same year, Abraham served as the UK entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest, with his performance of his single 'Even If', seeing the UK place last.

In December 2009, Abraham released the Christmas single 'Oh Holy Night'.

Between 2012 and 2013, Abraham toured in the History of the Big Bands and Boogie Nights as lead vocalist. This was followed by Abraham portraying both Judas and John the Baptist in the musical Godspell.

In 2023, Abraham performed upon Stath, Al, Katia and Sophie from "Stath Lets Flats"'s charity single for "Comic Relief" entitled "Comic Release" alongside Stevi Ritchie, Ben Haenow. and Honey G.
